IAAPA Expo 2026 Opens Registration as Industry’s Premier Event Returns Bigger Than Ever

Registration has opened for IAAPA Expo 2026, the global attractions industry's premier event. Returning to the Orange County Convention Center from 16 to 20 November 2026, this year's event is set to be the largest in history.

The event connects professionals from theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, zoos, aquariums, museums, and resorts. To accommodate its ongoing growth, the trade show floor is expanding into the OCCC's West Building for the first time, providing more space for exhibitors and enhancing the visitor experience.

Expanded Footprint and New Themed Zones

More than 1,100 exhibiting companies from across the globe will showcase the latest innovations, products, and services driving the sector forward. The new West Building space will host several key attractions, including the EDUTalk Stage, the Halloween-themed Haunting Grounds, and the Food & Beverage Pavilion, which has doubled in size to incorporate live chef demonstrations.

Additionally, the West Building will introduce the What’s New Theater and a dedicated Young Professionals Hub, designed to foster networking and development for the next generation of industry leaders.

Meanwhile, the South Building will debut two brand-new themed networking zones. The Cruise Lounge will offer a dedicated space to discuss the emerging trends within the global cruise line sector, whilst the Glamping Lounge will serve as a hub for discussions surrounding nature and adventure parks.

Unrivalled Education and Networking

IAAPA Expo 2026 will deliver its most extensive educational programme to date, featuring more than 170 expert-led sessions. These seminars will provide attendees with practical strategies and commercial insights across vital operational areas, including technology, guest experience, safety, and sustainability.

Popular signature events are also scheduled to return, including behind-the-scenes EDUTours, sector-specific receptions, the Leadership Breakfast, and the Women in the Industry Networking Lunch.

"IAAPA Expo remains the place where the global attractions community comes together to discover new ideas, build relationships, and shape the future of our industry," said Todd Andrus, Executive Director and Vice President, IAAPA North America. "With the addition of the West Building, we are able to create an even more dynamic experience for our members and attendees, one that offers expanded opportunities for business growth, professional development, and collaboration across every segment of the attractions industry."

Luciana Periales, President and CEO of Neverland Parks and Chair of the IAAPA Board of Directors, emphasised the global collaborative value of the event. "As an operator from Latin America, I have experienced firsthand the value of learning from colleagues across different markets, cultures, and sectors. The connections made at IAAPA Expo often spark new ideas, partnerships, and innovations that continue to shape our businesses long after the event concludes."

Exclusive Evening at Universal Epic Universe

A major highlight of the 2026 itinerary is the return of 'IAAPA Celebrates', which will take place at Universal Epic Universe. IAAPA members will have exclusive access to the park for an all-inclusive evening of entertainment, ground-breaking attractions, and specialized food and beverage options, providing an ideal backdrop for high-level industry networking.
